We work with individuals to complete their U.S. immigration applications and petitions without the need for legal services.  We believe the only good policy is one you can understand without a lawyer by your side, so we’ve worked hard to explain—clearly and in plain English—what we do, what information we collect, and why, so you can feel confident about using our services at Make it Happen ASAP, LLC.  Information collected by us is used for application purposes only and are not shared with anyone other than those working on your application.  Our services are not offered to customers based in listed sanctioned countries.

• Make it Happen ASAP LLC is a privately registered company in Florida. We are non-attorneys and are not affiliated with any government service of the United States. 

Fees for services

• Our fees for services are outlined in a separate fee agreement or retainer agreement provided to you before the commencement of services.
• You agree to pay our fees as outlined in the fee agreement.
• Payment is due as agreed upon in the fee agreement.

Refund Policy

Fees paid online via electronic invoice are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
